Been trying to cancel service for 2 months. Each rep acknowledges the request and sees my prior requests but cannot put me in touch with the “cancellation” dept due to excessive wait times. Two cancellation emails sent to ADT and both acknowledged. Two months later account still active. Spoke with two more reps today who said they would get service canceled... highly sceptical. What more does a customer need to do? Cancellation requests received by ADT and documented in their system...poor service.
