Jim Petty came promptly to my home to remove the critters from my attic. He responded quickly to my distress call as the mother had fallen through my bedroom ceiling, leaving an approximate 2x2 foot gaping hole in the ceiling. Jim professionally, secured my home, and the hole in the roof to try to catch the culprit in a humane way. Despite various attempts the mother was elusive as was her family of 4. Regardless, Jim came back to my home several times and always in a professional, efficient manner and finally was able to install the one way door and the family moved on. Jim was very pleasant, kind, helpful, and he "got the job done right"..... He was very efficient, brought in additional staff when required, and was respectful of my property while removing the animals. Thank you Jim for an excellent job, excellent service, and prompt professional help. It was greatly appreciated.
