No one rep makes any mention of a THREE (3) year contract despite speaking to the rep and being informed it's not a contract. In teensy writing on their forms when the service is installed - they have "36 months" agreement. Mind you, they are NOT guaranteeing anything - especially if you have a VOiP phone - they cannot guarantee the system will work. Buyer beware!
