After being promised that they could deliver what we wanted in a counter top and that this was the correct material, we decided to place the order with them even though their prices were higher. Needless to say upon delivery there were some imperfections however one was a chip that was filled but still showed. They offered to cover it with another piece of the material but that is not what we wanted. I suggested a price adjustment. I called the salesman many times without a response. When I finally did get a response he said that the counter turned out better that they expected and that they were not willing to make any adjustment. They tell you, what ever they have to,to get your money and then think that you should be happy with what ever you get. We did not get the quality that we were promised.
