My furnace wasn't working the morning of Jan 4 2023, so I contacted Greggs to have someone come out and check it. Alex (team member 29014) arrived, and examined the furnace, performing a 21 point tune-up. He replaced the flame sensor, flushed the drain line and cleared fault codes. He also took the time to show me the correct way to install a filter (I hadn't installed it correctly, which was part of the problem). I have worked with Alex before, and he is always on time for the appointment, and is very personable, knowledge of the product and services required, and ensures that he goes over the work done and if I am pleased with the service provided.

Alex conducted my furnace and a/c annual maintenance check Aug 17th (no charge for the visit as I rent the equipment from Reliance Greggs). - Contacted me before arriving to let me know he was on his way - He introduced himself, was wearing a mask when he entered the building, then covered his shoes. - Proceeded to conduct the check on both the furnace and a/c unit, and was very efficient. - Pointed out a couple of things on the furnace that I was not aware of. - He provided a checklist, indicating what he completed, and made sure that any questions I may have had were answered. - All in all, a positive visit.
