Phil conducted a pre-purchase home inspection for a property my daughter is interested in buying. He did a thorough inspection of the house and its major systems. His report included photos, diagrams, and a brief description of the issues observed, the repairs needed and when to do them to ensure and maintain the integrity of the house, both inside and outside. The report also included links to DIY videos where the job doesn't need to be done by a professional. He provided a list of area contractors and an "Action List" which is a condensed version (with photos/diagrams) of the inspection report and is helpful to determine which issues the seller needs to deal with before closing or to negotiate a sale price taking into consideration repairs which still need to be done. Phil was quick to respond to the many questions I texted him - even on a Sunday! My daughter and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
