Ryan did multiple tests and provided alternative solutions on how to fix our fireplace. We appreciated that he was upfront on the cost to fix/ replace parts (on top of the service call cost). It gives you an opportunity to evaluate your financial situation before proceeding with the service. The cleaning and paint made our fireplace looks like brand new again!
