Everyone from Alert Air Systems (from Marcia in the office, to technicians onsite, to Paul in billing) were very efficient and professional. Great communication between the office, tenant and property owner! Technicians on-site proved their downtown Toronto HVAC expertise through correct initial diagnostics and speedy repair with all parts ready to go minimizing any inconvenience to the residents.
