Yeven was the very first and super quick to respond to my service request made through homestars...his reviews are great and he is polite, professional, and very knowledgeable.....we arranged a time to assess the problem and he explained in detail what was wrong and what he thought I should do in terms of fixing vs replacement....sourced the part needed and completed the job very fast and I now he is my go to person for any appliance repairs that I may need.
