I called Tyler when I came across his sticker in the basement, near our well pump. We’ve had water issues and I’ve had a hard time finding assistance we could count on. Tyler answered on a Sunday (when I was at the end of my rope priming our pump) while he was on vacation!!! Walked me through some trouble shooting steps, asked for pictures and called me - even though he couldn’t make it out. Had the pump picked up prime, that would’ve been the end of it - he didn’t help thinking there would be a pay off - he just wanted to get us out of a jam. Honest, genuine and just a helpful person - talk about a rarity these days! We’ve hired him to sort out our pump issues and would recommend him 10 times over.
