Inspection of an 11 year-old home
Yuri did a lovely job as a Home Inspector. I was quite nervous about buying an 11 year-old house, but having Yuri at the inspection helped tremendously. Not only did he discover a poorly sealed crack in the foundation, he explained in detail how it could lead to a basement leak and what steps I could take to remedy it. I was very impressed with Yuri's professionalism and client care. Thanks to him, I realized the value of a Home Inspection. I would definitely recommend Yuri to anyone who is considering buying a house.
