Overall very satisfied with my 3 new windows. Sales rep, Mike K and installer Peter and crew were friendly and knew what they were doing. I had a issue with the old basement window leaking under the frame and with the new window and the sealing job they did im fairly confident that during the heavy rains it should be leak free.
