We purchased a home the day before Good Friday, I called Alan up and even with the short notice and the fact that it was a long weekend he still was able to meet us on the Monday to have our home inspection done. He did a very thorough job and made sure to let us know of any problems, what the solution would be and how much it may cost to repair. He checked all aspects of the home and gave us a very detailed report of what we needed to fix or replace. We are very confident in any repairs we have to do going into the home as Alan did a great job in taking us around to the different areas that needed attention and showing us how to repair/replace certain things. Great service, knowledge and after-care.
