Yesterday I had a new airconditioner installed in my home as noted above ! This is the second time I used your company last winter to install a new boiler furnace and this year the airconditioner . In both , I want to express how extremely happy I am with dealing with your company . Both from a customer service stand point ( your phone reps , the quotation rep and the installers ) regarding the installers , I wish to acknowledge both Marc and Gabe for their professionalism, their honesty and for doing a thorough job with the air conditioner install . They explained every step they were taking to both remove the existing and install the new. In addition They left the area clean and tidy . I wish to further comment that Marc was also the same installer to my boiler furnace and he took extra special care to ensure my tenants were looked after while installing the boiler .
