Marc was very responsive and knowledgeable. He arrived precisely on time and worked extremely hard, including removing a ton of old lint that was blocking our vent. When faced with a difficult challenge Marc was able to work extra time to clear it (at a reasonable overtime charge). We would 100% recommend Marc and will call him again to keep the vent from getting into such a state in the future.
