We just had our yearly A/C service call and once again are completely satisfied with the results. We got a phone call in the morning to ask if it was OK if Eric came earlier than scheduled (when does that ever happen?) and bang on 8:00am the truck pulled up. Eric was personable as always, efficient, and quick. He summarized his evaluation, complimented us on our furnace filter regimen, and even noticed that one of our cats was “missing” (passed away 5 months ago). Bandit always used to ‘supervise’ the work, and Eric remembered. Classy. So, we’re good to go for another summer cooling season. Thank you Eric and Reliance/Greggs. M.Mc.
