They were THREE days late (but did not communicate with us). They were DISHONEST about a truck being broken down (one of the movers let the truth slip). Days after our scheduled move-in day, they would not allow us to hire our own truck and move our own stuff. The nightmare continues...

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a bad experience. I understand that you were expecting the delivery on a scheduled time frame. We don't deny that there has been a 3 days delay delivering your belongings. However, we were in contact with you throughout the whole time to let you know about the broken truck, which broke down at the middle of the road from Toronto to Ottawa.
Our operation manager was trying very hard to find another truck and replace it, so we could deliver your belongings on time. Unfortunately, it was very hard to find one as it was the end of the month and all of our long distance trucks were full booked.
We have delivered your belongings as soon as we received replacement for the truck.
Furthermore, we would like to mention that no items went missing or got damaged.
Also, we gave a discount of $200 because we were responsible for causing the inconvenience and delay.
