I had Superior Heating hook up my new propane LG stove. I was quoted $107 per hour to prepare.the stove and hook it up. It took almost two hours. I was charged an extra $55 for a helper who arrived with the technician. My cost was $366. I found out later that would have done it for 175! The technician did not appear to know how to install the propane jets that came with the stove. I had to provide him with some of tools to do the job properly!! When I tried to use the stove, it was burning with a completely orange flame. This means that the air/fuel mixture is incorrect and the stove is emitting co2 when burners are on. I immediately called the store and the technician's solution was to turn the stove off. When I asked his name, he hung up. I called him back. He then told me to call the store where I bought it since it wasn't his problem. I asked for his name again and he refused. A simple stove hookup has turned into a nightmare. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
