We would highly recommend working with the Bache Group for any renovation projects. I am grateful that we worked with James and his incredibly professional team to renovate both the ensuite and the guest bathroom in our condo, as well as some miscellaneous additional work From our first outreach, James was responsive, came to inspect the unit with his plumber to provide a clear and comprehensive quote, and from there brought our vision to life. Work was meticulous, high-attention to detail, and all issues were quickly resolved (e.g., team worked through a mess of original electrical wiring to make sure we could install the light fixture we wanted). Very trustworthy and professional, comfortable having them in our home. The project was complicated from the start by a fire in the building - James was patient with us as we worked through other renovations required, and was a great partner in working through challenges with other contractors in the unit completing insurance repairs. Despite the complexity, James and crew were back multiple times after completion to do paint touchups after the other crew dented the walls. Thank you James and team!

Sami was great to work with! He and the gentleman he was training arrived early, were quick but thorough in their examination and quote, and had everything they needed to get the job done, including extra parts we were not aware needed replacing until the faucets were taken apart. The price felt fair and Sami signed us up for their membership program which gave us a discount that more than covered the cost of today’s service. Everything is working great and they even took all the garbage and recycling with them. Thank you!!!
