I purchased a laundry set may21 ,I was told it would be a week to a month . I was okay with that. June23 I called the store to see where it was. The sales guy John said its coming on the 25th. I asked if we can set up a delivery date. He said June 30th. Make sure you put out your old laundry set. Did that! I phoned the store to get my delivery time. The day of delivery he tells me its not there . July 28th now. Someone came and picked up my old laundry set. Now I have nothing! Thanks John! I had a great afternoon looking for a laundry set thats in stock with my two kids in a pandemic! I will never ever be returning. And not once did he say sorry about that. I could just cry!
