What started out as a promising project went terrible. Kyle and Heather were unresponsive to our texts/calls/ emails. They left the job site a complete mess, the workmanship was awful, and unsafe. They left their tools at our home (we still have them!). The job was shut down by the city as it wasn’t to code. When they finally applied for a permit there were many deficiencies with the application (of which is still not approved 6 months later!), and we are left with the job incomplete, unsafe, and have been ghosted by the team. Do NOT hire this company. They overpromised and severely under performed.
