Horrible horrible company with zero communication, follow through, unsafe sites and work not done to code. They are a young couple who start out promising but have limited construction knowledge with a burner phone so you can't get a hold of them when the project falls apart. Other past clients are now coming out of the woodwork with the same stories.

What started out as a promising project went terrible. Kyle and Heather were unresponsive to our texts/calls/ emails. They left the job site a complete mess, the workmanship was awful, and unsafe. They left their tools at our home (we still have them!). The job was shut down by the city as it wasn’t to code. When they finally applied for a permit there were many deficiencies with the application (of which is still not approved 6 months later!), and we are left with the job incomplete, unsafe, and have been ghosted by the team. Do NOT hire this company. They overpromised and severely under performed.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with the team. When we purchased our house the front walkway/lawn were a jungle of old weeds, rickety steps, etc. We booked a consult with Ceres through their website(was an extremely easy process), They showed up went through the issues we were facing, offered valuable insight/suggestions, and walked us through what the process would be. After receiving their concept art(which we loved) we chose to go ahead. They completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget with a very minimal impact to ourselves/neighbours. We absolutely loved the finished project!!

Kyle, Heather and team transformed a mud patch in my backyard into a fantastic patio and backyard oasis with flower beds complete with underground watering system, power to my shed, and some (very believable) artificial grass.

An issue with a supplier (not the fault of Ceres at all - supplier dropped off wrong materials) was dealt with promptly.

I hired Ceres Lawn and Garden to help me with a clean up and for a redo of my front yard. They were friendly and on time to our meeting. They were able to provide me with options on what could be down with the front yard that was within my budget. They came and completed all work agreed upon and I am so happy with the results! They even helped me with any questions or concerns throughout the process. I am so happy with how everything is looking!

Booked a spring cleanup, and the team went above and beyond to assist us! They even gave great advice on why the raccoons had been digging up our lawn(grubs) and gave a great recommendation on how to deal with them by spraying nematodes
