We built our dream home on Clear Lake, Kawarthas 17 years ago this fall. Vinyl Built, supplied 33 window, of different sizes. Picture windows with casements and other designs, plus sliding doors. We used their top line windows, thermopane and self washing. The delivery time was exactly as quoted and our local installer was scheduled for that date. Everything was on time and the windows have been a wonderful addition to our home. When I read complaints, it is generally, the installer who has not done his job. By that I mean, not enough time spent to foam and caulk the edges properly. This is the main cause of leakage. Important to be on your job yourself or with a reliable person checking. JUST A TIP. Nobody in Canada builds better windows and they are right here in ONTARIO.
