Len answered our request within 1/2 of posting it on HomeStars site. He visited our house the next day and provided 2 estimates. We made our choice and the new unit was installed in 4 business days. Len kept in touch by phone and email every step of the way. Adam, the AC technician, did a superb job of installing our new central air conditioner. It was obvious that he knew every aspect of the equipment and carried out the installation smoothly and efficiently. Just as important for us were Adam’s communication skills, his sense of humour, and his willingness to answer all our questions. Upon completion, Adam removed all the old equipment and left a spotless worksite. We would also like to mention that Adam wore protective equipment throughout the installation.
