I wanted stamped concrete, and I trusted this company to deliver a quality result. However, within just one year, the driveway started to rip off, revealing the poor quality of work and materials used. The lack of professionalism displayed by Aman is appalling. After the job was completed, he completely disappeared and became unresponsive to my texts and calls. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a contractor who shows no interest in addressing the issues that arise from their work. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I strongly advise anyone considering BQ Construction to steer clear. Save yourself the headache and disappointment.
