Installation of a Navien water heating system was rushed as the team showed up late and had to leave early. There was a gas leak from one of the new gas fittings and when we called in the evening to complain of the gas smell it was not dealt with immediately as it should have been.Two days later. We were sold this item without proper assessment of our system which has low-flow faucets. Two weeks later, still waiting for resolving the problem.

Ordered tiles for kitchen walls installation and quartz countertops. There were problems with the installation of the countertops and they had to lift and reset them. The installers also marked up the new SS sink so it had to be replaced. The wrong colour of faucet was delivered so had to be redone. The tiles on the wall were well done. It took a few visits from several of their workers to finally get everything up to snuff. It was a stressful installation which could have gone much better if the proper skills were used by installation staff. For the money we paid, the material was good but the labour skills not. Would I recommend them to someone else? Not likely.
