Steer clear of this company for any new pool installs or service. We hired them to open our 24ft above ground and they sent 2 guys who were here maybe 30 minutes. They ripped the cover off the pool and dumped all the leaves and standing water into the pool. They added some chemicals (not sure what), hooked up the pump and drove off without running anything or saying a word. It was not until a week later that I was able to fully clear out the waste matter and bring algae, chlorine and PH levels under control with my own chemicals. The worst part of all is that on a subsequent call, the owner was un-apologetic and downright belligerent. He maintained I was ignorant and the previous company that closed the pool was somehow responsible for all the organic matter they dumped into the pool. All they had to do was siphon off the water and waste on top of the cover. New pool or maintenace of existing - do not go anywhere near this Cobra. You will be bitten.
