I previously had a backup in my basement about 18 months ago. Its been a difficult a frustrating process obtaining a very close match carpet as well as a lot of prep work on my end to get to the point in which I needed the help from a pro to finish the job because I wanted the replacement carpet installed correctly and joined with what was left of the original carpet (about 70% of the basement). I was finally ready after so long to get this final piece of restoring my basement to its glory that within 20-25 minutes of posting my quote request on Homestars, Mark got in touch with me and was great walking me through how they would join the carpets together and listening to all my concerns and putting me at ease. Yes it could be a simple job but Mark's guy came in and not only did a great job and quickly as well, but also was respectful in any potential social distancing practices that may need to be demonstrated. No wonder Victorious has very high rating score, they really are the best in the business. Would highly recommend to anyone. Miro and his team we quick, efficient, polite, friendly, and pretty much all of the good things you will read in the other reviews. My wife and I along with our neighbor whom we share a Garage with are all incredibly pleased with the quality of work and the ability to have it completed within a day. It was the little things too, sweeping up my porch to ensure all was clean, I think they made it cleaner than it was prior to the install. Also listening to problems we had with ice build up in our L corners, they put some additional protection there for the next winter season avoiding any run over. Highly recommend to anyone! They definitely earned their reputation as being premier leaders!
