Gavin did a great job performing the annual maintenance on my ductless air conditioning. He arrived on time and was very friendly explaining what he would be checking today. He happily answered any questions I had and left me feeling that a thorough job was completed, unlike other companies used in the past. At my request he also replaced the AC copper tubing insulation which has been damaged by birds over the years. This is my second year using Mersey and I will be using them to service my furnace going forward as well.

We called this company in December when our roof was leaking after two weekends of heavy rain. Nimi tarped our roof for the winter and returned a couple of times to secure the tarp after several windstorms. Nimi was friendly and knowledgeable and provided us with good recommendations at a reasonable cost. The crew completed the work and cleanup as promised. Would definitely recommend Leading on Edge.
