You know when the workman puts on special plastic boot covers inside your house, you're in for something special. So, I have to say, Mike Dunn provided the single best household-related service I've every experienced. Right from the getgo, he was reliable, methodical, competent, and totally pleasant to deal with. He also talked me through the problem in a way that was so helpful and reassuring, because--as you know, backed up drains are a giant pain in the butt. Very draining. The work team was also great, as were the people I dealt with on the phone concerning appointments, etc. I've owned a home for fifteen years, and I've never had it this good.
