During the pandemic outbreak our central vacuum system stopped working and it was Easter weekend. It turns out that the motor was burned out. I searched online to find the required part and when I found the Etobicoke Service Central website I sent an e-mail enquiring about the part. Despite the fact that it was a long weekend, Bill returned my e-mail almost immediately, let me know that the part was in stock and that he could drop off to me in the next day or two. What great service! I installed the new motor and now we can use the central vacuum again. Thanks Bill!
