Darren was the technician that helped us and there aren.t words to express how thankful we are for someone who wasn.t just looking to get a job done, but to help us understand what to look for, actually fix the problem, and find ways to help us cut costs - and all WITH a fun, kind personality too! :-) We are outside of calgary by some distance, so the helpful way that he was able to talk us thru the process and the problem the furnace was having was a huge part of why we trust him and Castle to take care of our furnace needs!
