Response by Vlad to my initial request for a quote was prompt. A price range was provided and after acceptance, I was informed of a tentative schedule which was dependent on weather conditions. I was eventually advised of the intended time of visit and indeed Vlad was punctual. He went about the task in a professional manner. I am a satisfied customer and will use this company's services again.
