My 4 year old fridge stopped cooling. I contacted LG and they sent Nimbly. Dennis called me right away and gave me a time he would be here. They showed up on time and were personable and professional. Dennis explained the situation and answered all my questions. They completed the repair quick and successfully. I will definitely call Dennis for any other repairs in the future. Thank you Dennis for being a straight up guy!
