We hired Komo roofing because they were recommended to us from a friend. We highly recommend Kevin and his team! We met with Kevin in the Fall and he spent time explaining the roofing process and types of options for our roof replacement. When we told him that we wouldn't be able to do our roof for several months, but we needed it tarped. He kindly used a brown tarp (less conspicuous) and the roof was protected until the job could be started. He kept in contact with us along the way and let us know our job was a priority as soon as there was a stretch of dry weather. When days of snow came and shifted the tarp Christopher came on a Sunday evening (dark and rainy) and fixed it for us. When the job actually started we knew things would go well as we had already experienced such great communication and attention to our project. As promised, our shrubs, planters and siding were protected as old shingles were removed. All the men were polite, professional and extremely hard working. They put in long days so the work would get done quickly. Kevin did a great job of communicating the process/stages and was around overseeing. The worksite was cleaned up very well at the end of each day. Christopher even re-aligned some of our downspouts and was very conscientious about doing a thorough job. We were able to get a new skylight through Kevin at a great price and he even had his crew shingle our semi-attached shed for no extra cost! The roof cost exactly what was quoted and there were no surprises. If you are looking to get a new roof, go with Komo and you will be so happy you did.
