Dennis came right on time to fix the motor ( drain motor) on my LG washing machine. As he was taking it apart he was showing me things that will help keep my machine running smoothly . Preventative maintenance he said . Things that I didn’t know that will help keep my washing machine running smoothly for years . He answered all my questions. When the motor was replaced he found another issue . The drum wouldn’t spin . He thought it was a board ( not sure what is was called) he said he thought he had the part at home . He ran home and replaced it at no extra charge!!!!!!! That is amazing . It’s been a long time since I met someone so helpful and honest ! My washing machine is running fantastic!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this company !!! If I could give him 10 stars I would . Thanks again !!!
