A leaky ensuite tap decided to wait until the middle of the night to begin haunting me . . . . the bedroom clock was in on it . . . . tick . . . drip . . . tock, tick . . . drip . . . tock. I was delighted to be given an appointment within days. And then, the Office phoned to offer that the plumber could come EARLY !!! :) Imagine ! He technician was polite, helpful and very efficient.
