It’s not common to meet a service tech with as much heart as Yuriy. He was friendly and possess a great deal of customer service. He was very respectful of my home and went over and above for me and my family. Our water heater wasn’t working and didn’t stop until it was fixed and followed up to make sure all was good. I would definitely recommend Hvac-group. Thanks for everything.
