Very happy with the HVAC-Group! I called about a problem with our furnace, and Yuriy came by on the same day to see what he could do. He discussed in detail the possible solutions and provided quotes, without pushing any particular service or plan. The new furnace was installed in half a day and has been working without noise or other issues. Throughout the process, all the people I met were knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, and masters of the trade.

Our furnace decided to shut off Friday evening while it was negative three outside. We were referred to use Yuri and thankful we did! Yuri took time time on his Friday evening to troubleshoot the problem, arrived the following day to determine the fix and followed up the following day to ensure everything was in order.
