I usually fix household things myself, but after many years of garage door do-it-yourself maintenance and fixes it would no longer shut properly. Spent many hours on it. I called this company and Albert was there within a few hours. He saw one of the problems right away - I was using springs that were much too powerful for our small, lightweight door. He quickly got to work and replaced the springs with more suitable models, redid the cabling so that it was safer, tested and adjusted everything. Good service, a fair price, and in the end I learned a few things about garage doors. Hopefully this is the end of my garage door problems for at least several years... top marks to Capital Garage Door Ottawa, and Albert!
