Boiler needed replacement during an extreme cold day Jan 2020. Darren inspected promptly and the news was not good, so I opted for a new Combi boiler . They arrived the following morning and had me back in heat by that evening. Very experienced technician (Mike ) was knowledgeable, polite and shared his steps. Overall a super pleasant experience despite the circumstances. I have used this firm for >10 years and bought 3 major pieces of equipment( multi zone ductless air conditioning system) from them. It has always been a positive experience.
