Great customer service and installation. Fran was super helpful in setting up the appointment and Sean did an excellent job installing our new ductless air conditioner and heat pump — even when he encountered some unexpected “surprises”. Timely, friendly and easy to deal with. Will definitely use Ductless air! again in the future.
