I phoned Mackenzie office at 6:45am. I was given an appointment from 7.am. -11a.m. At 9:00a.m. the technician came KYLE. He was so professional in explaining the issue, he's fast and he knows very well the job. Thank you Kyle and Mackenzie for taking my stress away.
