Jeremy is a real professional who is thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful. He charges standard rates and I really like that he seems to keep himself updated with latest industry standards and codes constantly. I also really appreciate how flexible he is to work with building requirements for the walk through, and thorough notes and suggestions he gives his client.
