Called about furnace not working and they came right over. They said the furnace was no good and I needed to purchase a new one, which was replaced only 6 years prior to me purchasing the house. The quote was for $5000. They charged me $155 for a service call and left. I called another local company to get a second opinion and my furnace was up and running within two hours and it only cost me $125 for a service call and a $30 part. I have since heard other stories of this nature. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The technician recommended that the furnace be replaced due to the condition it was in. If the job is accepted by the customer the original service call amount is deducted from the price and used as a deposit. I'm sorry you felt you were being over charged.
