We bought a very large crystal chandelier from InHome Lighting and it is absolutely breaktaking. Joseph is an honest and kind person. Our chandelier is very high quality at really the best price I could find in stores and online. Thank you Joseph. Who could ask for anything more!

Hi, I have tried to help you by asking you to bring the lamps in so that I can see what is wrong.
You have had these lamps for years and the manufacturer only gives a one year warranty. It doesn't matter whether you buy a car, a tv or lamps, the manufacturer is the one that warranties any product not the stores.
