Fail to recognize hazards that are readily apparent
The home inspection was done and the inspector failed to note aluminium wire. They agreed to mitigate the problem as per CEC. The Master Electrician failed. Using unacceptable material thus heightened the risk of fire. When brought to the owners attention he refused to rectify the problem. This has been dragging on for weeks. Still unresolved
