Had a new furnace installed a couple months ago but yesterday when outside temperature hit below -25, it stopped working and i was disappointed. Called the company and tech (Jose) arrived yesterday night. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable, he installed a temporary thermostat so I had heat for the night, came back today and installed a new thermostat. Heat seems to be working now. I will update this if there are any further issues. Very satisfied with the resolution, especially Jose, after the initial frustration of no heat.
