Our furnace was not reliable. It could stop working when it is -20 outside, and apparently solenoid valve was malfunctioning. Dmitri is very reliable and professional. He diagnosed the malfunctioning part very fast, installed new and now everything is working properly. He even checked our humidifier while he was here and gave usefull tips on how to maintain our furnace to prolong its life. We are very happy with the service. Communication is good and service is exceptional! Planning to use Dmitri's service for air airconditioning services soon as well! High recommended! Thank you.
