Sandro gave me a call to let me know he strongly felt that the issue we're experience was a riser issue and one that he could not help with. He recommended getting a hold of a plumber to look into the issue further. This saved us the $90 fee for him to come look at the problem. He definitely did not need to do that but I really appreciate it!
